Siskiyou FRC Network Mission Statement "The Siskiyou Family/Community Resource Centers work together to strengthen our unique communities through cooperation, coordination and collaboration." The Community Services Council has taken a lead in supporting 9 Siskiyou FRCs and the FRC Network. FRCs provide cost effective, community-based programs that advance CSC’s mission to prevent child abuse and neglect. FRC services mitigate family stress and isolation through educational programs, case management, resource and referral and family activities - all of which address root causes of child abuse and neglect.
