In late May 2011, the CSC was notified their proposal to the Oregon Community Foundation for a Parenting Education Hub grant had been selected for funding. The 3-year Hub Parenting grant builds on the foundation of CSC's highly successful, countywide, evidence-based ESPP II parenting education program; the ESPP II program was consistently rated Outstanding by the program's independent evaluation team from Oregon State University during its 2005-2011 program period.
